MRPS23

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,224 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS23-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, MFAP4, and NEGR1. Each is linked with MRPS23 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS23-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS23 versus ZEB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS23→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
