MRPS21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,560 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL1, MRPL11, and MRPL15. Each is linked with MRPS21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS21-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS21 versus MRPL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
