MRPS21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS21-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MRPS21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS21-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by MRPS21-low versus MRPS21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
