Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,720 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I assembly, and Wound healing. Each is linked with MRPS21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS21-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS21 results are reported.
