Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,664 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL16, IFFO1, and RECK. Each is linked with MRPS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS2 versus IL16 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
