MRPS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETNPPL, ELOA3DP, and OR2G6. Each is linked with MRPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETNPPL grouped by MRPS2-low versus MRPS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
