Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPS18CP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRPS18CP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MRPS18CP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPS18CP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

STAD, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where MRPS18CP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
