MRPS18A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS18A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,371 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS18A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, CLUH, and RRP36_S73. Each is linked with MRPS18A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS18A-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS18A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18A versus XPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS18A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS18A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
