MRPS18A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS18A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,570 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS18A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, OLFML1, and MRGPRF-AS1. Each is linked with MRPS18A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS18A-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS18A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18A versus DIPK2B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS18A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS18A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
