Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS18A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,360 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS18A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization, rRNA methylation, and Ketone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MRPS18A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS18A-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS18A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization grouped by MRPS18A-low versus MRPS18A-high in PANCREAS.
