MRPS17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-23, IGFL3, and RNU6-11P. Each is linked with MRPS17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS17-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-23 grouped by MRPS17-low versus MRPS17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
