Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,409 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, PAICS, and SP140L. Each is linked with MRPS17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS17-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS17 versus ASF1B in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
