Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS16P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,975 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS16P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Isoprenoid metabolic process, Regulation of mitochondrion organization, and Iron-sulfur cluster assembly. Each is linked with MRPS16P1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS16P1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS16P1 results are reported.
