MRPS16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,191 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC9, CHCHD1, and PPA1. Each is linked with MRPS16 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS16-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS16 versus DNAJC9 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
