Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,241 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are FYN, PPFIA2, and ZEB2. Each is linked with MRPS16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS16-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS16 versus FYN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
