Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPS11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRPS11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MRPS11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPS11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, SARC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MRPS11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
