MRPS11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,945 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DUT, CTDSPL2, and UNC45A. Each is linked with MRPS11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS11-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS11 versus DUT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
