MRPS11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Rab11, and C-Raf. Each is linked with MRPS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS11-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by MRPS11-low versus MRPS11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
