Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,830 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, Mitotic DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly. Each is linked with MRPS11 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS11-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS11 results are reported.
