Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS11 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZD7969, LCL161, and GSK2801. Each is linked with MRPS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS11-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AZD7969 grouped by MRPS11-low versus MRPS11-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
