Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS10P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,603 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS10P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKTR, RNY4P25, and PCCA-AS1. Each is linked with MRPS10P2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS10P2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS10P2 results are reported.
