MRPL9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRCC, PRPF3, and POGZ. Each is linked with MRPL9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL9-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL9 versus PRCC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
