Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,161 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FYN, BEST1, and ZEB2. Each is linked with MRPL9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL9-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL9 versus FYN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
