Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,341 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear division, Spindle elongation, and DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with MRPL9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL9-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear division grouped by MRPL9-low versus MRPL9-high in LUNG_SCLC.
