MRPL58

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2O, COIL, and TK1. Each is linked with MRPL58 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL58-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL58 versus UBE2O in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL58→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
