MRPL58

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL58 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL58-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-CO2, FYN, and PPFIA2. Each is linked with MRPL58 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL58-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL58 versus MT-CO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL58→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
