The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MRPL57P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL57P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
KIRC, STAD, and PAAD are the cancer types where MRPL57P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
