Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL57P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRPL57P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MRPL57P6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL57P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where MRPL57P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
