MRPL57

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL57 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,798 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL57-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, LBH, and PMP22. Each is linked with MRPL57 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL57-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL57 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL57→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
