MRPL57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL57 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,024 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL57-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, MT-TS1, and MSRB1P1. Each is linked with MRPL57 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL57-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by MRPL57-low versus MRPL57-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL57→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
