The most reproducible MRPL57-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of neuron apoptotic process, Wound healing, and Extracellular matrix organization. Each is linked with MRPL57 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL57-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL57 results are reported.
