MRPL54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,560 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL54-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YJU2, DDAH1, and CC2D1A. Each is linked with MRPL54 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL54-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL54 versus YJU2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL54→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
