MRPL54

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL54 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,168 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL54-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYLK, DACT3, and C7. Each is linked with MRPL54 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL54-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL54 versus MYLK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL54→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
