Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,395 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL54-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of neurogenesis, Cerebral cortex radial glia-guided migration, and Telencephalon glial cell migration. Each is linked with MRPL54 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL54-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL54 results are reported.
