MRPL54

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL54-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R9, OR6T1, and SLC15A5. Each is linked with MRPL54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL54-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R9 grouped by MRPL54-low versus MRPL54-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL54→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
