Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,051 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL53-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 7-methylguanosine cap hypermethylation, Cell junction assembly, and Iron-sulfur cluster assembly. Each is linked with MRPL53 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL53-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL53 results are reported.
