MRPL52

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL52 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,192 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL52-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI2-AS3, CNRIP1, and FSTL1. Each is linked with MRPL52 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL52-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL52 versus MAGI2-AS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL52→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
