MRPL52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,624 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL52-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein linear polyubiquitination, Nuclear histone mRNA catabolic process, and [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with MRPL52 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL52-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein linear polyubiquitination grouped by MRPL52-low versus MRPL52-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL52→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
