Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL50P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRPL50P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher MRPL50P2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL50P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and COAD show a favorable association.

SARC, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where MRPL50P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
