MRPL50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,363 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C9orf78, EHMT1, and FUBP3. Each is linked with MRPL50 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL50-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL50 versus C9orf78 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL50→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
