MRPL50

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,953 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL50-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERMN, ZEB2, and FYN. Each is linked with MRPL50 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL50-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL50 versus ERMN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL50→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
