Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL48P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,629 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL48P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA conformation change, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and DNA integrity checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with MRPL48P1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL48P1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL48P1 results are reported.
