MRPL48

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL48 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,363 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL48-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-CO2, VSTM4, and ZEB2. Each is linked with MRPL48 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL48-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL48 versus MT-CO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL48→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
