Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL47 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL47-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, FoxM1, and ACC1. Each is linked with MRPL47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL47-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL47 results are reported.
