MRPL47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,528 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL47-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cardiolipin metabolic process, Mitochondrial translational elongation, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with MRPL47 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL47-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cardiolipin metabolic process grouped by MRPL47-low versus MRPL47-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL47→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
