MRPL46

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,619 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL46-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MORF4L1, AQR, and POLR2B. Each is linked with MRPL46 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL46-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL46 versus MORF4L1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL46→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
