MRPL46

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL46 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,244 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL46-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN2, JAM2, and LMOD1. Each is linked with MRPL46 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL46-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL46 versus TSPAN2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL46→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
