MRPL46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 480 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL46-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCHR2, ZNF479, and MRPS18BP1. Each is linked with MRPL46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL46-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCHR2 grouped by MRPL46-low versus MRPL46-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL46→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
