MRPL46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL46 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL46-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with MRPL46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL46-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by MRPL46-low versus MRPL46-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL46→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
