MRPL46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL46-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLPPR1, GRM1, and FAM153B. Each is linked with MRPL46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL46-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLPPR1 grouped by MRPL46-low versus MRPL46-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL46→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
